FOLK ART IS HANDMADE
Please remember that all of Zinnia Folk Arts pieces are handmade. Imperfections are part of the gig! No two handmade pieces will be exactly alike. That’s just the way it is.

ORDERS
All orders are shipped on week days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All orders have a processing time of two to three days if the merchandise is in stock. The shipping options and cost will be added and displayed at checkout.

TAXES
Minnesota sales tax of 7.775% will be calculated on all Minnesota sales.

PAYMENT
Zinnia Folk Arts accepts payments in three ways for purchases from the website:
1. Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discovery card are accepted.
2. Paypal payments
3. Credit card payments over the phone during open hours. You may call 612-824-4342 to order something from the website or blog between Tuesday and Saturday, 11-6.

SHIPPING
We ship all over the world. Please contact us for exact shipping costs to your address outside of the United States.

Twin Cities customers may choose free pickup of merchandise. Pick up date and time will need to be arranged after purchase via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Our shipping and packaging fees are based on the size and weight of your order and options for shipping are presented to you at check out. Packing supplies are often peanuts, bubblewrap and/or boxes that are recycled from shipments we receive from Mexico. Enjoy reading the Mexican newspapers!

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address submitted by the purchaser. Please make sure you enter the correct address!

All orders are generally shipped via the U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Please let us know if you would like your shipment to be expedited or sent by some other carrier. Shipping costs will be adjusted if you choose to use a different carrier or to receive the order more quickly.

By purchasing from the Zinnia Folk Arts, LLC website you are entering into a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss for items purchased from this website transfer to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not happy with your item for any reason, please let us know at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We do not issue refunds, but if you return it to us within 14 days of purchase, in a condition to be resold, you will receive store credit for the same amount of the item, less the shipping cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTS

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Many of our folk art pieces are one of a kind and cannot be restocked. Some of them can be restocked but it might take awhile to obtain them. We’re human! Sometimes errors occur but we will try our best to make it right in the quickest way we can and we do apologize for your inconvenience.
