The Christmas decorations of Mexico vary by region but are always colorful and festive whether made of tin, paper, wood, textiles or clay.

These gray reindeer are handmade of wool, woven in Chiapas and then made into the most charming whimsical animals. The wool is woven into fabric, then cut into the shape of these super cute reindeer. They are more decorative than they are a toy but kids can definitely play with them. Beautifully made in dark gray wool, horns are wound in reds, pinks and orange yarn and pom poms of Chiapas on the sides. Adorable.
