A beautiful, large sterling silver earring made in Taxco, the silver capital of Mexico. This is a lovely traditional arracada shaped earring in the shape of a sitting bird. The tail feathers of the bird are visible in the crescent shape. with 8 cup dangles along the bottom. The flower on top has a small pearl bead. Lots of movement with the center and 6 bottom cup dangles. These are the type of earrings that Frida Kahlo loved and wore often.
