Sorry, sold out. A beautiful, long and ornate sterling silver earring made by Mazahua artisans near Mexico City. This is a very pretty traditional earring with a flower at the top, attached to some lovebirds and a silver "gote" or drop. The gote is surrounded by delicate filagree and then just to add a little more movement to the earring, there are cup dangles on all levels. It has a lovely patina, making it look old. Imagine making the filagree exact with a small pliers and you'll have an appreciation of how much time and care goes into these handmade earrings!
