Beautifully handmade pillowcase from Chiapas, Mexico. Woven on a backstrap loom in a dark blue, gray, lavender and pale green cotton warp and embellished with a supplemental warp pale green and lavender Mayan symbols. The textile is then made into a pillowcase in an envelope style with a tie back.Seams are all handsewn. Lovely accent pillow. Handwoven in San Andres Larrainzar.
