This lovely lumbar pillow, handmade, pillow case was made in the Gaza Strip. I purchased it at the International Folk Art Market from a women's cooperative that provides income-earning opportunities for refugee women, while keeping alive the traditional art of Palestinian embroidery. The pretty combination of red and black with other colors and the diamonds, all done in tiny cross stitch, works beautifully with red and black pillows from Chiapas. The back is a beautiful black cotton and rayon blend. A beautiful accent piece in your home or as a gorgeous gift for someone you know...Pillow form is not included. Zipper closure in the back.
