This is a beautiful handwoven table runner from Pantelho, Chiapas. The color combination is unusual for Mexico and was created through a partnership between the Mayan women weavers of Jolom Mayaetik Cooperative and French textile designers. The color combo on this particular piece is a modern combination of gray, light gray, black, white and a couple of subtle stripes of lavender, brown, yellow and turquoise. It can be used on the table, a color accent on a couch or as a shawl. A beautiful medium weight cotton with braided fringe ends.
