This style of carving is very typical of Guerrero and easily recognizable. The angels are prettier than most made in this style, in my humble opinion, with a muted red robe and multi-colored wings. Each one holds something unique--a red drum and a green stalk of sugar cane. The faces are serene and they look great together. They have a hanger on the back so they can be hung on a wall ore they could lean against the back of a bookcase. They do not stand up on their own.
