One of a kind tin folk art portavelas or candleholders, handmade by a tin artisan in Mexico City. Each one is unique, decorated with a saint or the Virgen de Guadalupe and topped off with lots of glitter and colorful painted edges. It holds a small votive candle at the bottom. There is a strong hook for hanging on the wall.
