This is an oval, shallow, 1.5" tall and 14.5" long baking pan. The shape is called a "pescadero" in Spanish because it can be used for baking fish. It is a handmade, Mexican talavera pan that can be used for baking a great bean dip, a casserole or used as a platter for serving chips and salsa or dip, storing fruit on the kitchen counter or any other thing you'd like! The cheerful design makes it eligible for just standing around on top of the table or the kitchen island too.
