The Virgen de Guadalupe, milagros, sacred hearts and images are all artistic motifs used in Mexican folk art in every state in Mexico.
The Christmas decorations of Mexico vary by region but are always colorful and festive whether made of tin, paper, wood, textiles or clay.
"Milagro"means "miracle" in Spanish. Milagros are religious charms that are prevalent throughout Mexico and are used to request or thank God for a miracle.

If you're looking for a silver chain bracelet, there's only one place to find it--Taxco, Mexico. This woven silver bracelet is slightly patina-ed to give it a used and older look. Sterling silver gets better with age. It looks fantastic on its own or with other silver bracelets. The bracelet has a lobster clasp closure (that is difficult for one person to latch but if you have an extra pair of hands, it's easy) and the woven chain is slightly squared and heavier than the round version. It was made in the famous silver mining town of Taxco, Guerrero. Wonderful Mexican silver design and execution.
