These three-dimensional stars, made of natural tin, will add a bit of shine to your tree. They are handmade in San Miguel de Allende. They feature a little door that opens to the inside so they can be used as a tree topper or ornament. Another idea is to write a wish and stick it inside. Some larger Mexican stars can hold a votive candle, a small string of lights or a lightbulb, but our stars are too small for that -- they are purely decorative.
